At Business Salahkaar Club, we strive to provide valuable business networking opportunities, advisory support, business information, and growth-oriented services to our members.

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any membership or service.

Membership Fee Policy

The Business Salahkaar Club Membership Fee is charged for access to the club ecosystem, networking opportunities, member privileges, business information, events, and related benefits.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The member has purchased an additional paid service through Business Salahkaar Club.
  • A genuine issue exists regarding the specific paid service purchased.
  • The refund request is submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of service purchase.
  • The request includes complete details and supporting information regarding the concern.

Refund requests related solely to membership enrollment will generally not qualify for a refund after activation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Membership fees after activation.
  • Change of mind after purchasing membership.
  • Failure to utilize membership benefits.
  • Lack of participation in networking events or activities.
  • Failure to achieve expected business results.
  • Requests submitted after the eligible refund period.
  • Misuse of membership benefits or club resources.
  • Any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activity.
  • Third-party charges, payment gateway fees, banking fees, or transaction charges.

Service Refund Review Process

For eligible service-related refund requests, members must provide:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Membership ID (if available)
  • Service Name
  • Payment Details
  • Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests will be reviewed by the Business Salahkaar Club management team.

Approval of refunds shall remain solely at the discretion of Business Salahkaar Club after reviewing the circumstances of the request.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–15 business days depending upon banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

Cancellation Policy

Members may discontinue their membership at any time.

However, cancellation of membership shall not automatically entitle the member to a refund of membership fees.

Policy Updates

Business Salahkaar Club reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any updates shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
